Substrate for Cathepsin B
The benzyloxycarbonyl protected dipeptide Z-Arg-Arg-AMC is used as high sensitive and selective fluorogenic enzyme substrate for the determination of Cathepsin B. (MCA is used in Japan as synonym for AMC)
