Substrate for Activated Protein C
Boc-Leu-Ser-Thr-Arg-AMC is used as potent fluorogenic substrate for proteasome and Activated Protein C. Boc-Leu-Ser-Thr-Arg-AMC is also described as substrate for trypsin acitvity.
