Substrate for Cathepsin K
Our tripeptide Z-Gly-Pro-Arg-AMC manufactured at Peptide Institute, Inc. is used as highly activ fluorogenic substrate for the routinous determination of Cathepsin K activity.
Z-Gly-Pro-Arg-AMC is cleaved by granzyme A and thrombin as well.
