KYT-36 | Inhibitor for Lys-Gingipain
Lys-gingipain is a cysteine protinase produced from the pathologic bacterium Porphyromonas gingivalis. It is blocked selectively by Carbobenzoxy-Glu(NHN(CH3)Ph)-Lys-CO-NHCH2Ph (KYT-36), a small synthetic peptide.
