Stresscopin-Related Peptide (SRP) a Selective Ligand for Type 2 CRF Receptors
Stresscopin-Related Peptide (SRP) is a peptide homologue to Urocortin-2 discovered in the human brain. SRP suppresses food intake, delays gastric emptying and shows a vasodilative effect. It was reported, that the level of Stresscopin-Related Peptide is increased under hypoxic stress. SRP seems to inhibit cell death by apoptosis.
Our peptide 4388-s Stresscopin-Related Peptide is manufactures by Peptide Institute with solid phase chemical procedures and are not of recombinant origin.
