Siastatin B is a useful inhibitor for Sialidase
The potent Neuramidase (Sialidase) inhibitor Siastatin B is derived from Streptomycetes culture media. This iminosugar antibiotic showed inhibitory activity for tumor metastasis and seems to be a useful tool in cancer research.
